  • First Friday February 3, 2023 at 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm Members and Friends are invited to join us for a social hour.  Members and friends should bring their own beverages. We encourage new people to join us in conversation. Learn about NH  Gives at this social. The Club requires everyone to sign-in to the log book.
  • Fierce Females February 8, 2023 at 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Woman's Club, 44 Pleasant St, Concord, NH 03301, USA This program examines the history of women inart in brief and then explores the lives, careers and works of several womenartists from the Renaissance to the twentieth century.   • Writing Family Stories March 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Woman's Club, 44 Pleasant St, Concord, NH 03301, USA Writing Family Stories with Maura MaNeil. This interactive workshop led by Maura MacNeilexplores how the landscapes of our lives shape the stories that we tell.  Participants explore the themes of family, memory,and place through sample narratives and a series of short writing exercises.   • 12,000 Years-Granite State April 16, 2023 at 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Woman's Club, 44 Pleasant St, Concord, NH 03301, USA More than 12,000 years ago small groups ofPaleoindians endured frigid winters in the Keene, NH area. In 2009, anarchaeological survey for the new Keene Middle School discovered remains oftheir stay and brought to light one of the oldest Native American sites in NewEngland. Professor Robert Goody will elaborate on its findings Humanities Council event.
