Members enjoy a presentation by Joan Gilmore as she talks about the role of Second Start and Welcoming Concord in helping members of our immigrant community to settle in Concord.

The Woman’s Club of Concord has a distinguished history of service and community involvement that continues to this day. Our Club is based in the Chamberlin House and we are working hard to preserve this historic landmark for the community. We provide affordable room rentals to women in transition, host activities, and rent the first floor of our Victorian home to organizations and individuals for events. We are a service organization that encourages members to be involved in volunteer opportunities, explore public issues, and assist young women through our college scholarship program. We welcome new members to participate in any one or more of our five active social service Program Areas. We also have Women’s Club Committees that members are encouraged to join.

Our membership renews every year in January. Please consider becoming a member today to join a wonderful group of social service minded women. Our two levels of annual club membership are:

Standard membership for active members who participate in activities and volunteer opportunities.

• $50 per year payable by check mailed to WCC Membership, 44 Pleasant St. Concord, NH 03301. Or you may pay through this website using PayPal for $52, including the $2 online processing fee.)

Friends level membership for those not in the position to be active participants at this time, but who wish to support the work of the club. • $100 per year payable by check or $105 per year payable on the website via PayPal (includes the $5 online processing fee.)

We raise money for high school scholarships year-round and The Opportunity Fund, a fund that supports women who wish to finish high school or improve their lives through more training or education.

We run monthly programs for the public, and work to repair and restore Chamberlin House with grants and donations. While we conduct a number of fundraisers during the year, we always welcome support for any of these causes or in general for the Woman’s Club of Concord. When donating for a cause be sure to write on your check or in the PayPal box if you wish to designate your gift to something specific.
